By paying your deposit of 50% you agree to the terms and conditions.

Data protection

Payment terms

• All in shop purchases e. rugs, cleaning products, matts etc. are to be paid in full by either cash or card.

Measures

• All of our measuring is done on a free no obligation
• Samples can be brought to your home or alternatively customers can order in person in our St Neots
• Any samples taken away will require a refundable deposit of £10.00 per item (maximum of three).

Uplift and disposal

• If you require us to uplift and dispose of your old flooring this will be detailed in your
• If you decide on the day that you require us to uplift and dispose of flooring however this was not included in your quote this will be added to your invoice.

Fitting 

• Your property will be treated with respect at all times, however flooring is bulky and heavy and may cause minor damage when installed, we will always make you aware if any major damage arises.
• Fitting will be arranged to suit you at a time agreed by both us and
• If for any reason one of our fitters is running very late we will call you to see if that day is still suitable or if a different day would suit you
• No deductions from the invoice will be accepted due to a fitting date being

• If any additional work is required with regards to the sub floor e. if the floor is not suitable for laying on to. Any additional remedial work will be chargeable on top of the invoice total.

Carpets

• All carpets differ from one to another, some have different piles and as they are cut off large rolls some may often have a crush This is where the carpet has been sat on the roll. This is not a defect and will come out after hoovering several times.

Vinyl

• Vinyl floors predominantly are fitted on to a screeded floor (see fitting section) as to offer a smooth flat

LVT flooring (luxury vinyl tile)

• LVT floors, just like vinyl flooring is predominantly fitted on to a screeded floor (see fitting section) as to offer a smooth flat
• LVT flooring comes in many different forms and colour’s and is ordered on a single order basis;  e. we do not stock the flooring.

Wood Flooring/Laminate

• Wood is a natural material containing distinctive differences in colour’s, grain configuration and natural characteristics such as mineral highlights, knotting and pin holes. It is these differences caused by nature that creates the warmth, beauty and uniqueness of each hardwood floor.  Your floor may contain varying amounts of these naturally occurring characteristics.  As with any wood products, shades and tones can vary with age.

Faulty Goods

• All flooring will be inspected by our fitters once the flooring has been fitted. If they notice any defects, they will advise us that this will need to be replaced.
• If a fault becomes apparent after fitting, we will need to return to site to take photos and get suppliers to inspect prior to refitting.
